Printing on the FAX408
This weather receiver FAX408 collects and produces crucial information on all weather conditions at sea. For the operation of the FAX408, a computer or a connection to the network are not necessary: it is a completely autonomous product.
The features of this FAX408 weather receiver are:
- Clear weather maps and nine-grayscale satellite images on 8 "thermal paper Automatic channel selection by evaluating the quality of the signal reception
- All known fax channels in the 2-25 MHz bands are pre-programmable channels available
- Fully automatic operation thanks to an integrated programmer (16 programs can be set per week for automatic operation)
- Quiet thermal printing thanks to minimal mechanical components
Product advantages
The FAX408 offers the ability to print free weather maps and satellite images. The function "Automatic and optimal search of the best channel" is integrated. The 150 known Facsimile channels in the 2-25 MHz frequency bands are preprogrammed. A supplementary memory of 164 user channels is also available.
